We are currently holding a continuous sign-up through March 15, 2009 for FY2010 funds. For all erosion control applications collected by this date, we will prioritize projects based on sheet/rill/gully erosion on cropland exceeding T (5 tons/acre). Prioritization is based on a point system.

Points are awarded for
  • Total acres of cropland brought below "T"
  • Dollar cost per acre benefited
  • Total tons of soil saved
  • Dollar cost per ton of soil saved
  • Applications rolled over from previous years
Call or stop in our office to apply! March 15th will be here before you know it!
